The kitchen is equipped for you or the chef to make fabulous meals. The dining area has a large oak table, and the kitchen terrace is shaded and overlooks the garden and pool. On the lower ground level is the very comfortable sitting room with a large log fire, two sofas, and two armchairs that comfortably seat eight. Large smart TV. Heated pool 9.5 x 4 x 1.5m with large travertine and decking surround, the spa with 76 jets has five seats and two chaise-longues. The outdoor kitchen comprises gas and wood-fired BBQs and a wood-fired pizza oven, a fridge, sink and workstation, and a poolside bar with stools; next to the outdoor kitchen is the loggia, which offers shaded dining. The fire pit has comfortable seating to enjoy cosy evenings watching the stars. Beautiful lawns surround the Villa. Beyond are olive terraces and forest.
